Our goal is to provide the best quality skateboards to our consumers. Please inspect the skateboard or products you receive from us, before you use them. If you see a defect or any flaws in any of our products, please call or e-mail us as soon as possible. Our products come with a full warranty within the first seven days of arrival. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for broken boards or boards that suffer wear and tear. If your board breaks within the first two weeks please contact us. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
If you want to cancel your order please call or e-mail us as soon as possible. We will grant you a full refund for any reason of cancelation within the first 24 hours.
If you receive our skateboard or products with a defect or flaw and request not to receive a replacement, we will grant a full refund and credit back your account. If you are dissatisfied with our skateboards or products in any way, we will grant your refund minus the shipping cost. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for broken boards or boards that suffer wear and tear.
