Since you're a Texas Longboarder I think you would be really intteeserd in this event I'm trying to get publicity for. It's called the Texas Long Haul 2013. A group of primarily Houston Longboarders are skating from Austin to Houston to raise money for MD Anderson Cancer Center. It was started by a longboarder who had his life saved by MD Anderson, and was not allowed in the MS 150 without a bike. It's a really inspiring story. This will be the second year for it, and it's gaining a lot of momentum. I thought maybe you could help spread the word. Last year there were 10 skaters, this year so far there are 40. The creator, Michael, has done a tv interview and concrete wave is writing an article on him. If you email me I can get you the logo, pictures, and a press release. Maybe you're even intteeserd in participating. Thanks a lot for your time and consideration!Curran Kelly
I wasn't expecting much when I purchased this board. I wanted a nice board to ride around the street by my house. After riding the board for a little I noticed that it's a high quality longboard. All the component on the board are really good. My friends board was double the price and had generic trucks and wheels on it and doenst turn very well. Long story short my friend is also getting a board from Ehlers and is going to ditch his crappy board.
I got my bamboo kicktail today I love it.This is my third board in two weeks. I bought my grandsons the 27 inch mini kicktail and I rode theirs and just had to have my own. I weigh 300 hundred pounds and these boards don't flex and crack like the last 250 dollar board that it replaced.
I purchased the bamboo Tiki God Long-board just to cruise around and ride to my friends house so nothing to serious. I have been enjoying the board alot and I'm glad I went with this company over the other I found online. This company was cheaper with better prices so all in all I made the right decision.
